Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will usually be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. Where possible your order will be sent on next day delivery. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or if you are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges about which we will email you for approval before sending out and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and “next working day“ deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

What is Click & collect?

Simply place your online order, and we'll ensure that it is ready to collect from either shop normally within 2 working days. This free service is available from both Ilminster and Wellington shops.

Please bear in mind that not all items are available for this service.

How do I choose Click & collect for my order?

Please select the Click & collect option at the checkout when placing your order for collection at your local Frame of Mind. Select either 'Click & Collect in Ilminster' or 'Click & Collect in Wellington' from the 'Delivery to' drop down box below 'Your Delivery Estimate'. Print out or make a note of the order number, and bring it along when you collect.

What happens if I don't want to keep an order I’ve collected from a shop via the Click & collect service?

Simply take the delivery note, order confirmation or receipt and the product you wish to return or exchange to either shop, and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.

How long do I have to pick up my Click & collect order?

We keep Click & Collect orders in store for 7 days.
